The Top Things You Can Do to Start Loving Yourself Back to the Authentic You

False humility is a real thing. It’s the broken belief that you picked up and assimilated to somewhere in your journey and it’s prevented you from acquiring true love, friendship, opportunities, abundance and everything else that you see other people accepting into their lives.

It’s time to fix that broken belief. It’s probably something that was programmed into you as a young child, from very strict parents, shitty friends, or repressive narcissists. Either way, you need to extricate your mind and body from that belief system.

Humility is different than being humble, and being humble does not mean you play a passive role when it comes to getting what you want in life.

This has caused you to put yourself last in almost every single situation in life.

Think about it……

When was the last time you heard someone say, “You know, they got everything they wanted in life by being humble and putting themselves last.”

That’s a mindset reserved for the foolish.

It’s taken me a while to realize this and as a result, it’s cost me dearly:

  1. In matters of Love
  2. In Friendship
  3. Business
  4. Financially
  5. Spiritually
  6. Mentally

So, how do you take back control of your life and get it back on track?

You start loving yourself.

Put yourself first.

Wake up and be grateful.

Excercise.

Eat healthily.

Focus on work you love to do every single day and do not allow anyone or anything to distract you.

Surround yourself with only the VERY BEST PEOPLE.

A good foundation can be established by sitting down and outlining core values for yourself.

Imagine a blank piece of paper.

This is your life.

Now, write down who you are.

Now, write down who you want to be.

This exercise has to be done with a “limitless” mentality.

Do not stop yourself from writing what you want. If you want it, put it on the paper. I don’t care if it’s a rainbow-colored pony, put it down on the paper.

As you move through this process, you’ll start to outline your core values:

  1. What do you believe
  2. What do you represent?
  3. What characteristics in singular words describe who you are?
  4. What type of people are you surrounded by? Detail out what they’re like, what they like, etc.
  5. How do you work? Efficiently, or are you more pensive in taking your time creating a masterpiece?

I can elaborate, but you understand the concept.

The next thing you need to do is: DATE YOURSELF

a. Take yourself places you’ve wanted to go

b. Treat yourself to something you really enjoy and do so without guilt.

c. Make time to tell yourself every single day in the mirror that you’re awesome. Say good things to yourself about yourself.

While this may seem like a very abbreviated article on how to love yourself, know that the universe wants you to be first. No one is coming to love you, so you have to be your own source of fulfillment.

If you love you the best, you’ll attract someone who can love you equally as well.

I hope this helps you and feel free to follow me on Social Media!

Remember, you deserve to be loved, and you must be the first person to love you best!
